In 2005 the Supervisory Board founded an Audit Committee, with Mr. Lindenbergh and Mr. Van der Poel as members.

The Audit Committee meets three times a year in the presence of the accountant: in February about the annual account of the previous year, in August about the first-half figures and in December about the budget for the next year.
