Governance

Corporate Governance


The DHV Group is committed to the Dutch Corporate Governance Code and endorses most of its principles and best practices. The company deviates on some smaller points that are all explained in DHV Group's Corporate Governance Report.

Business Principles


We believe in social responsibility, have zero tolerance for corruption and uphold the letter and spirit of the law. Our values Integrity, Respect and Freedom are embedded in our Global Code of Business Principles.

We signed the World Economic Forum Partnering Against Corruption Initiative and we participate in the UN Global Compact for human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. More on External memberships.

Our business can only be assured by individuals who place personal integrity high on their list. With their help we protect our values. Employees can report their concern via the internal reporting system SpeakUp.

Executive Board

Supervisory Board

Shareholders


DHV Holding B.V. is a large, private company. DHV Holding B.V. has three shareholders: DHV Foundation, DHV Priority Foundation, and DHV Trust Office. The DHV Trust Office administers the depositary receipts for shares issued to staff members. For more information see Shareholding Structure.
